National Standards to file Police Complaints By Greg Miller – Investigative Reporter Should Congress adopt a national standard mandating how police departments handle a citizen’s complaint? Most citizens in America do not have issues involving police conduct; however, there are a few who either were treated rudely during a traffic stop, who were physically abused or have been mistreated in other ways.

I tried to file a report or press charges, on the person who struck me in the head and cracked my skull !!!
The Miller Co. Sheriffs office seen it necessary to put me in the State mental hospital to keep me quiet, I should of not let them know I seen who was driving, "the White, Dueled Wheeled, Ford PU - with A white Horse trailer full of COWS" OH SHI--, were they wrong. I have most all of it on audio & video tape!
OH ya, Did I say the senior psychiatrist at this state physicality, just happened to bee my Dr.
( let me interject, I had a near fatal MVA 28 yrs. ago)
